Ming-Na Wen, best known as the voice of Mulan and ER’s Jing-Mei Chen, has been cast in Joss Whedon’s upcoming tv series S.H.I.E.L.D. She will play S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Melinda May who is a “combat veteran, ace pilot and weapons expert who still harbors psychological scars from her experiences in battle.”
As if I needed more reasons to be excited about this!
